Location

We are located within the old medina of Marrakech a few steps away from the lively authentic street market of Bab Doukkala, with its small cafes for locals and street food. Here you will experience life amongst locals. The noise, the smells, the hustle and bustle, the energy…

The sites in the north part of the city, such as the the Medersa Ben Youssef, Dar el Bacha/Musee des Confluences, Le Jardin Secret, the Museum of Marrakech and the Majorelle Gardens, are close by, Jeema el Fna is about a 15 minute walk. The New Town centre is about 10minutes walk away. Staying in the old medina is probably nothing like anything you have ever experienced before, so get lost a few times and soak up the ancient city life.

Carbon offsetting

For carbon offsetting flights most airlines have a facility for adding this to your flight booking, or try www.climatecare.org or www.carbonneutral.com

Many airlines stop at Casablanca and offer an onward flight to Marrakech, sometimes a shared flight. If stop-over flights are the only ones you can find to Marrakech it can be worth considering getting road transport from Casablanca to Marrakech. It takes about 3 hours and costs 1300dhs, about 130euros for a car taking up to 4 people. A grande taxi can probably be got for less. Agadir is now a 3 hour drive by motorway. Fes is a 7 hour journey away, or a more leisurely 3 to 5 day trip through the Atlas and a stop in the desert.
