Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit of your total booking is charged at the time of booking.

• The deposit is refundable up to 30 days before check-in.

• Within 30 days of check-in, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

• Within 3 days of check-in or in case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.

For festive periods and exclusive riad rentals:

• The deposit is refundable up to 60 days before check-in.

• Within 60 days of check-in, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

• Within 10 days of check-in or in case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.
