Check-In/Check-Out
Normally, you can check in during the afternoon. Of course, if you land in the morning, we’ll do our best to accommodate you as early as we can. You are expected to check out before 10 am, but if you want to stay a bit longer or would like to leave your luggage while going for a walk, just let us know.
Rooms
Kindly note that your reservation pertains to a specific room category (standard, superior or junior suite) and not a designated individual room. If you have a particular preference, please inform us, and we will try to secure the exact room you desire. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the availability of your chosen room, but we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
Payment Policy
Prices in Euros are for reference only. The final charge will be made in Dirhams as required by law at a fixed rate of 10,5 MAD/EUR.

Cash payments can be made on sight in Dirhams / Euros
Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is required for standard bookings, 75% for peak holiday seasons (Easter and Christmas), and 75% for full Riad reservations.
Room Cancellation Policy
For standard bookings, the deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of arrival (60 days for Easter & Christmas season).
Cancellations within 3 days of arrival (or 10 days during peak holidays) and no-shows will be charged in full.
Full Riad Cancellation Policy
For full Riad booking or a reservation of 5 or more rooms, the 75% deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 60 days prior of arrival.
Cancellation within 10 days of arrival and no-shows will be charged in full.
Early Departure Policy
If a guest chooses to depart earlier than the confirmed departure date, an early departure fee of 50% of the remaining room price may apply.
